Once upon a time there was an engineer,
Who drove a locomotive both far and near...

It's me! I wore this on my first (and more importantly, Mom's first) Mother's Day! While I normally dress a little more casual, had to look good for all the photos with Mom, Dad and the rest of the Painter crew.

Love,
Sully

Here I am, riding in the back with Dad, on the way to my Nana and Poppa's house. Dad didn't know it, but Mommy was about to surprise him with his 30th birthday present - a trip in the mountains of North Carolina with some great friends. I knew about it for weeks, but kept quiet like a good little boy.

I had a blast, got to play with the rest of the Painters, and Mommy gave Dad one of the best presents ever. (Obviously, I'm the best present!)

Looks like I'm going to eat some crab, doesn't it? That's what I thought, but unfortunately, it was my trip to the doc for my 2 month immunizations. Mom and Dad didn't really tell me what an immunization was, but I found out I didn't like them. It's cool though, I know they're good for me, and I took 'em like a man - cried for a few seconds, but then calmed down. Had to look tough for Mommy, who might have cried more than I did.

It wasn't fun, but hey, now I can go inside restaurants and stores, and visit Dad's office!

Pucker up! This is me at 5 days old, still wearing my cap from the hospital, blowing Mom & Dad a kiss. I was so happy to be home and finally hanging out with the family without all the nurses, doctors and tests. You have to admit, I'm pretty cute...

Hey there! My mommy took this pic of me after I finished eating...she always loves to take pictures of me in just a diaper, just leaning up against the Boppy. Good thing I've been working on my figure.

Time for some shut-eye.

Love,
Sully
